This week Scott is joined by lifelong sailor Jim Garrett. Jim started sailing as a young man on dinghies around the York River and Chesapeake Bay. Over the years he graduated from small boats to keel boats, with many adventures along the way. Along the way Jim met some famous local sailors and some world-renowned sailors as well.
